A Collection is a curated, limited-time homeschool bundle sale featuring high-quality digital products from trusted creators like you. Each Collection is themed (e.g., Charlotte Mason, Gospel, Homeschool) and offers tremendous value to families while helping contributors glean new customers.

  • Affiliate earnings (earn up to 70% per sale)
  • Marketing exposure to tens of thousands of homeschoolers
  • A free copy of the Collection and one to give away if you refer 3 sales via your affiliate link
  • A featured spotlight if your product is selected for the Preview, Sample, or another offer
  • Bonuses if you participate in affiliate contests
  • Education in the affiliate space
  • and so much more!

Nope! You can use an existing product as long as:

  • It fits the Collection theme
  • You own the rights to the product
  • It isn’t a PLR or semi-exclusive template
  • You’re willing to offer it within the bundle for the duration of the sale

However, the product shouldn't have been used in a previous Homeschool Resource Collection sale, or another similar bundle within 6 months of our sale dates.

No way! We do only accept digital products, though. You can absolutely submit a course or class! Courses and classes are welcome—as long as they’re self-paced and ready-to-access (no live or future-dated classes). To submit a course, you’ll still need to follow our standard format:

Create a PDF file just like any other product. This should include:

  • A short description of what’s included
  • A direct enrollment or access link with any coupon or passcode needed
  • Clear instructions for how families can sign up

For submissions, the simpler the better. If you're chosen to participate you will have time to beautify your PDF.

Yep! If you offer it on your site, we recommend:

  • Marking it as full-price
  • Promoting the bundle as the better deal

Absolutely—and we highly recommend it. You can include a funnel offer inside your product PDF (e.g., a coupon, tripwire, bonus freebie, or link to a related paid resource). You can add this after you’re accepted, so don’t stress about it at submission time.

We offer sponsorships and featured slots for creators who want more exposure. This includes:

  • Extra promo during the sale
  • Top placement on the landing page
  • Bonus graphics and mentions in our emails

Each Collection has a slightly different schedule, but in general:

  • Submissions close: 3–5 weeks before the sale
  • Preview window: 3 days before the main launch (4-6 featured products + coupon)
  • Full sale period: 5–7 days

You’ll get an email reminder with all deadlines.

You’ll receive an acceptance email with next steps—including how to upload your file, affiliate info, and optional upgrade opportunities.

Base rate: 40%
Contributors: Up to 70% depending on promo involvement
Payout timeline: Paid via PayPal within 4 weeks of sale close

You’ll be able to track your clicks and sales in your affiliate dashboard.

We highly encourage it—because the more people you send to the sale, the more you benefit. While it’s not required to promote in order to be included, contributors who share the sale:

  • Earn higher affiliate commissions (up to 70%)
  • Get their leads faster (we prioritize those who actively promote)
  • Are more likely to be invited back or featured in future Collections
  • Sometimes qualify for special opportunities like Preview Features or sponsorship upgrades

Basically—sharing helps us help you. And we make it super easy with swipe copy, graphics, and support every step of the way. If you can share even once with your list or socials, it makes a huge difference!
