Welcome to Homeschool Resource Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Digital Media Mama, LLC. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you (“user,” “customer,” or “you”) agree to abide by the following Terms of Use and Conditions. These terms govern your use of all digital products, physical products, collections, memberships, and content offered through https://homeschoolresourceco.com .
About our marketplace. Homeschool Resource Co. is a marketplace. Most products are created and sold by independent vendors and creators (“Vendors”). HRC handles checkout, payment, and delivery on each Vendor’s behalf. Each Vendor is responsible for its own products and product descriptions.
Who may use this site. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a purchase. Our website is intended for parents and educators and is not directed to children under 13. Children may use the products you buy under your supervision.
1. License & Use of Content On behalf of HRC and each Vendor, HRC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use all digital products, including Collections, downloads, and any other purchased or free content.
You may reproduce and store portions of this material only for your own household’s personal, noncommercial use . You may not:
Share, resell, reproduce, or redistribute our products in any form.
Upload materials to file-sharing sites, social media, or community drives.
Modify, translate, decompile, or reverse-engineer digital files.
Transfer, gift, or sublicense your access or license to anyone else.
If you transfer possession of a product to a third party, your license is automatically terminated. Violation of this license may result in account termination and legal action.
Group and vendor licenses. If a listing offers a multi-family, co-op, or classroom license, the license terms on that listing apply. A Vendor’s own Terms of Use included in a product may give you additional rights.
2. Authorized Access You are granted the right to access all content you purchase or register for, except where restricted by international tax laws. (We are not currently equipped to sell to EU customers under VAT regulations.)
You may print pages of our materials for personal use. Multi-family, classroom, or co-op use is not permitted unless specifically licensed for group use.
You agree to protect all materials purchased from unauthorized use or sharing and to notify Homeschool Resource Co. of any known or suspected account breaches or misuse of your login credentials.
3. Product & Content Modifications Homeschool Resource Co. reserves the right to modify, add, or remove content, features, or functionality of any product or collection, at our sole discretion, but we will not take away products you have already purchased except as described in these Terms.
Your purchases stay yours. If a Vendor removes a product or closes their store, you keep access to what you bought. If we ever need to end access to a download area, we will email you at least thirty (30) days before so you can save your files.
“Lifetime” access. Where a product says “lifetime” access, it means access for as long as Homeschool Resource Co. operates the marketplace, subject to the 30-day notice above.
4. Third-Party Creators, Vendors & Contributors Homeschool Resource Co. partners with creators, vendors, contributors, and sponsors who sell or share resources through our platform.
If you purchase, claim, or download a freebie, resource, or course created by a third-party vendor , your name and email address may be shared with that vendor for the purpose of delivering your resource and providing customer support.
Vendors may email you about your order and support. A Vendor may add you to its marketing emails when you make a purchase on Homeschool Resource Co.: by checking the Terms and Conditions box at checkout, by claiming a freebie, or by signing up with the Vendor directly. Each vendor is responsible for maintaining compliance with FTC and CAN-SPAM laws and must include an unsubscribe option in all correspondence.
Our Vendor Terms require Vendors to use your information only for these purposes, never to sell or share it, and to honor unsubscribe requests. Vendors are independent businesses, and their own privacy policies also apply. Please report misuse to [email protected] .
We do not endorse, condone, or assume liability for third-party opinions, teachings, or business practices. The views expressed by contributors and sponsors are their own and do not necessarily reflect those of Homeschool Resource Co., its owners, or affiliates.
Some products, bundles, and events may be offered in partnership with other creators or companies. When participating in such offers:
You acknowledge that your information (name and email) may be shared with our partners for delivery and communication purposes.
Paid placements on our website, emails, and social media are labeled “Sponsored,” “Ad,” or “Paid Partnership.”
We only recommend or partner with brands that align with our mission to support homeschool families and Christian values.

7. Account Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your login. Homeschool Resource Co. is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
8. Freebies, Email Communication & Data Sharing When you opt in for a freebie, presale item, or other downloadable resource, you consent to receive email communication from Homeschool Resource Co. and the resource creator. This is stated in these terms and conditions that are required to be checked before you check out. Free products are still required to go through the checkout process. Any sample, freebie, or opt-in form where you receive a freebie from a contributor, vendor, sponsor, or partner may be shared with that particular product as well.
We are NO-SPAM compliant and do not sell or rent your email address. See our Privacy Policy for how we use cookies and advertising tools, and the choices you have.
9. Refund Policy Because digital files can’t be returned, digital purchases are final sale except in the situations described in our Refund Policy [link]: defective or missing files, a product that is materially not as described, a duplicate purchase, or access that doesn’t work and isn’t fixed. Physical products follow the return policy on the Vendor’s listing.

Homeschool Resource Co. does not service, troubleshoot, or provide technical support for third-party advertisements, coupons, or external products featured on our website or in our Collections.

10. Intellectual Property Rights All materials available through Homeschool Resource Co. are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Products are owned by the Vendors who created them. HRC’s name, logo, and website content are owned by HRC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use of Homeschool Resource Co.’s materials or branding may result in legal action. To report infringement, see our Copyright & IP Policy [link].
11. Limitation of Liability The website and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Homeschool Resource Co. and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and sponsors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any purchased product.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the website or a product is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the product involved or $100. Some states don’t allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
By posting comments, testimonials, product reviews, or any other content on Homeschool Resource Co., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, reproduce, and use that content for promotional or informational purposes.
You agree that your submissions will not:
Violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, or privacy).
Contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or abusive material.
Include spam or promotional content unrelated to Homeschool Resource Co.
Misrepresent your experience, or be written by or for a Vendor about its own products (see our Community & Review Guidelines).
We reserve the right (but are not obligated) to remove or edit any user content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate. We may edit only to remove personal information or offensive language. We never change a review’s meaning, and we don’t remove reviews because they are negative.
All testimonials or reviews submitted voluntarily may be used in marketing or promotional materials, with only first name and last initial displayed unless otherwise approved by you.
13. Termination of Access Homeschool Resource Co. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any product, membership, or account without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy.
You share or distribute our digital materials in violation of license terms.
Your account is used fraudulently or for resale purposes.
You file a chargeback for an order you received and accessed without first contacting us.
Upon termination, your right to access purchased content immediately ceases. No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts due to violation of these Terms.
Homeschool Resource Co. may also terminate access in the event of discontinuation of services, technical failures, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice so you can download your purchased files.
14. Data Protection & Privacy Your privacy is important to us. Homeschool Resource Co. follows a strict no-spam policy and does not sell your personal information for money.
All personal information collected through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Sharing limited contact data with verified vendors or contributors for delivery of freebies or purchased resources.
Receiving emails from Homeschool Resource Co. regarding purchases, support, or upcoming promotions (you may unsubscribe at any time).
Our use of cookies, pixels, and similar tools for analytics and advertising, subject to the choices described in the Privacy Policy.
We take reasonable measures to safeguard your personal data but cannot guarantee complete security due to the nature of the internet.
15. Affiliate Disclosure Homeschool Resource Co. participates in affiliate marketing programs, which means we may earn commissions on purchases made through our links at no additional cost to you.
We only recommend products and resources that we personally use, love, or believe will benefit our community of homeschool families.

15A. Payment Problems & Chargebacks If something is wrong with an order, please contact us first at [support email]. Most issues are fixed within a few days. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order you received and accessed, without contacting us first, may result in suspension of your account.
15B. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeschool Resource Co. and its owners from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, including unauthorized sharing or resale of products.
16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana , United States.
17. Updates & Modifications Homeschool Resource Co. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will post updates with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes take effect fourteen (14) days after posting, and we’ll email account holders about them. Changes do not apply to purchases made before they take effect. Continued use of the website after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability. If any part of these Terms can’t be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
