Affiliate & Contributor Terms and Conditions

Please read this entire document. By signing up for our affiliate program or submitting a product for inclusion in a Collection or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.

1) Payment & Commissions

You are paid by affiliate commission. Any Collection purchase made through your unique affiliate link will earn you a commission. Your Collection affiliate commission level is based on the total value of your accepted products in that specific sale:

  • No product submissions: 40%
  • Product submissions valued $10–$25: 50%
  • Product submissions valued $26–$40: 60%
  • Product submissions valued $41+: 70%

Marketplace Affiliate Commissions (Added)

Homeschool Resource Co. also offers an ongoing Marketplace Affiliate program. When your unique Marketplace affiliate link is used:

  • You earn 10% commission on eligible Marketplace product purchases and Vendor subscription purchases.
  • This 10% never comes out of the vendor’s pocket; it is paid from the admin side.
  • All Marketplace affiliate commissions are tracked and paid under the same affiliate platform you use for Collections. Payouts are issued on our standard payout schedule (see “Payouts” below).

2) Affiliate Links

  • You must sign up for the Homeschool Resource Co. affiliate program to access your unique affiliate links.
  • You will only be paid a commission for sales generated through your unique affiliate link.
  • Last click wins: The affiliate link the customer clicks last is awarded the sale and earns the commission.
  • It is your responsibility to use your links correctly. Homeschool Resource Co. is not responsible for incorrectly used links or issues that may cause lost tracking, cookies, clicks, sales, or commissions.

3) Payouts

  • Affiliate commission payouts are made via PayPal only. You must have a PayPal account to receive payment.
  • Homeschool Resource Co. covers PayPal fees for affiliate payouts.
  • Collections: Payouts will be made within 4 weeks of the last day of the sale.
  • Marketplace: Marketplace affiliate commissions are paid through the same system as Collection payouts, but are paid out monthly.,

4) Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying taxes on your earnings in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws. Because we pay out through PayPal we are not required to send 1099 forms and do not issue 1099 forms.

5) Non-Compete

Homeschool Resource Co. reserves the right to deny affiliation or partnership to any individual or business whose marketing, products, conduct, or promotional practices conflict with our brand, violate these terms, or otherwise present a risk to our audience trust or platform integrity.

6) Submissions & Product Distribution (Collections)

  • By submitting a product to any Homeschool Resource Co. opportunity, you grant us the right—if your product is chosen—to offer it within the respective Collection as a bundled product and as an individual item.
  • Collection products are only sold/offered during the sale window, and are served through a secure portal.
  • Once a product is accepted, it cannot be removed from that Collection. In exceptional circumstances, you may request a retraction. Retractions are reviewed case-by-case and are at the sole discretion of the Homeschool Resource Co. team.
  • Homeschool Resource Co. distributes all accepted product files. Your product remains your intellectual property. Customers access downloads through our secure platform.
  • You must provide the full product for the Collection. This agreement is non-exclusive; you may continue selling the same product in your own shop or third-party shops.
  • Collections are offered only on our website during the sale period and are not resold afterward. However, Collections no longer expire for purchasers. Customers retain access to their purchases in their accounts, which supports long-term audience trust and allows continued discoverability of your brand.
  • Memberships and courses included in a Collection must include non-expiry coupon codes.*

7) Promotions

  • Homeschool Resource Co. may offer promotional copies of any Collection for the purpose of promoting that Collection sale.
  • All accepted contributors receive a complimentary copy of the Collection containing their product.
  • We may offer coupon codes, discounts, and exclusive deals with partners as part of our promotions.

8) Marketing

  • We provide marketing assets, including banners, images in multiple sizes/styles, and swipe copy for social, email, and blogs.
  • You may create your own promotional graphics. They must be high quality; we reserve the right to request discontinuation if they do not meet Homeschool Resource Co. standards.
  • You are responsible for complying with all FTC mandates regarding affiliate link disclosures.
  • You may offer your own incentives to customers who purchase through your link; however, Homeschool Resource Co. cannot confirm whether a customer used your affiliate link for incentive verification.
  • All sale information (products, pricing, presale promotions) is confidential until we announce that sharing is permitted.
  • We ask (not require) that you send at least one email to your list and post at least three times on your farthest-reaching social platform (excluding Pinterest) during the sale you’re participating in. You acknowledge there is a direct relationship between your marketing efforts and your potential earnings.

9) Availability

Due to EU tax laws, Collections are not available for purchase in EU countries.
