Yes! The Marketplace allows you to shop from several vendors at once and complete everything in a single checkout.
After checkout, you’ll receive an email with download links, and they’ll also appear in your account under My Downloads.
Log into your account, click My Orders, and you’ll see a full list of your past purchases and downloadable files.
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, log into your account to access your downloads, or reach out to us through the contact form.
Once purchased, your digital downloads are yours to keep—just be sure to back them up to your device or cloud storage.
All digital product sales are final unless explcitly listed otherwise on a product page.. If you experience a problem with your file, please contact us so we can help resolve it.
Homeschool Resource Co. is only responsible for the hosting of the products and Vendor stores on our website and in no way responsible for product fulfillment. However, Vendor responsibility is taken very seriously. If you have a problem with a product, shop, or vendor, please contact us immediately so that we can help you rectify the issue.
Each Vendor on HRC is responsible for abiding by the Terms of Service Agreement. With that, each store has their own refund policy. If you ever have a question about a return, please refer to the policy for the Vendor store in which you purchased your products.

Every product is created by a homeschool parent, educator, or small business that understands the homeschool journey.
Absolutely! Each product page includes a way to contact the vendor directly for questions about materials, formats, or age ranges.
Start by contacting the vendor through their store page. If you don’t hear back, let our team know and we’ll help mediate.
Some vendors do! Check the product description or contact the vendor directly to ask about group, co-op, or classroom use.

Yes—because Homeschool Resource Co. operates as a Marketplace, your information is shared with the specific Vendor(s) you purchase from. Think of it like a Farmer’s Market: each vendor runs their own booth (or store), handles their own orders, and manages customer fulfillment. When you make a purchase, your name, email, and order details are securely shared with that vendor so they can process and deliver your order. If you purchase from a Vendor, they may also use your information communicate with you through their newsletters or other outreach mailing methods. If you ever feel a vendor is spamming, misusing your information, or acting outside of our policies, please contact us immediately so we can take action.
Shipping (Physical Products)
Vendors provide tracking details once your order ships. You’ll receive an email or can view tracking in your account.
Shipping times vary by vendor but are typically within 5–10 business days. Check each product’s details for more accurate estimates.
Contact the vendor right away with photos if possible—they’ll make it right. If needed, our team can help step in.
Collection Customer FAQs
Collections are, essentially, themed bundles. When you purchase one of our limited-time Collections, you get instant access to a member area that is filled with top-quality digital resources from trusted content creators, brands, and bloggers. One price, all the content.
When you purchase a Collection through our secure checkout, you will immediately receive access to a member area that includes direct download links for all of the advertised content. There are no more purchases required.
You don't have to go anywhere else to take advantage of your purchase. You don't have to share your email with anyone. You don't have to sign up or enter your personal information anywhere else. It's just that easy.
It's important to note that all Collection access expires 3 months after your date of purchase. When you purchase a Collection, you should plan to download the materials before the 3-month expiry so that you can keep them safe on your own device. Once you download them, they are yours to keep for as long as you store them.

Because all of our products are digital, we do not offer refunds. Your purchase is final because we cannot revoke your access to the content.
For Collections, all products are still owned by their makers, we are just servicing them for a limited time.

- We do not service third-party ads inside the Collections.
All of the products in any HRC sale opportunities will be digital products. You will not be receiving any physical items in the mail.
All of our courses, workshops, and camps are also virtual.
Examples of the types of products you’ll find in a Collection are eBooks, online courses, printables, MP3s, digital workbooks, etc.
No, you can not share your Collection, the items inside, or access to any other purchase from us, with anyone. All products are for your own personal use, within your own immediate family.
For Collections, please check each individual product’s terms of use for specific details.
Once your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive access to any purchase on the Thank You Page.
You will also receive an email from us with links and more information about your purchase. You’ll need to be sure that you follow any directions or read any fine print for details about expiry or FAQs.
In addition, you can always access any purchase from the Accounts Page on our website.
If after 30 minutes you have not received an email about your purchase, please check your junk mail. If it’s not in your junk mail, contact us at [email protected].
Collection access is guaranteed for one full year from the date of purchase. This means you’ll have 12 months to download and save any products you’d like to keep during that time. Your expiration date will be listed on both the sales page and inside your cusstomer account. After one year, access to the Collection and its downloads may no longer be available.
For all other products purchased from us, unless otherwise noted, you will continue to have lifetime access to your digital downloads.
Because of EU GDPR and tax laws, we are not able to successfully comply with the complex rules of the EU. We are not currently selling any Homeschool Resource Co. products to customers who live in the EU.
Each Homeschool Resource Co. sale is limited-time. You can refer to the particular sales page or offer for an expiry date and time for every opportunity.
