Changing Your Store Name
At any time, you can edit, make changes, or completely change your store name. However, it is important to email the Help Desk in your Vendor Dashboard or email [email protected] if you do so.
Changing your store name can cause issues such as: your store URL changing and your products no longer showing, your products no longer linking to your store, and your branding no longer linked to your products.
If you change your store name, please remember to get in contact with Vendor Support so that we can ensure that all of your content stays with you.
Setting Up Your Payment Options
Before you upload products or start promoting your store, there’s one very important step we need you to complete. Your payout schedule must be set up before you can receive payments from Homeschool Resource Co. This is a required step for all vendors and helps us ensure timely, accurate payouts across the marketplace.
How Vendor Payouts Work
We pay vendors once per month via PayPal. To be included in payouts, you must set up your payout schedule inside your vendor dashboard.
You’ll be able to:
– Choose a minimum payout balance (ex: $5 or more)
– Set a reserve balance (recommended to cover refunds)
– Control how and when funds are released
Maintaining a small reserve balance is a smart way to protect your account. Consistently negative balances can cause issues, and we want to help you avoid that altogether.
How to Set Up Your Payout Schedule
Please follow these steps carefully:
- Log in to your account:
https://homeschoolresourceco.com/my-account/ - Click Withdraw in your dashboard
- Toggle Schedule ON
- Click Edit Schedule
- Select:
- Your minimum payout balance
- Whether you’d like to keep a reserve balance
- Click Change Schedule to save
That’s it! Once this is completed, your account will be eligible for monthly payouts. This step is not optional. If your payout schedule is not set up, funds cannot be released, payments will be delayed, and your account will not be eligible for payouts.
We don’t want that for you—so please take a moment to complete this today. If you run into any issues or have questions, our support team is always happy to help. [email protected]
