Welcome to Homeschool Resource Co.! These Vendor Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (the Vendor) and Homeschool Resource Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding the sale of products and services on our platform. By becoming a Vendor, you agree to abide by the following terms.
1. Vendor Eligibility & Approval
- Our marketplace is open to individual creators, small businesses, and vendors selling homeschool-related content.
- All vendors must be verified and approved before they can sell. We reserve the right to decline or remove any vendor who does not meet our standards.
2. Allowed & Prohibited Products
Allowed Products:
✔️ Homeschool-related content (physical and digital products, courses, classes, and memberships).
Prohibited Products:
🚫 Reselling of products or unauthorized resale of other creators’ work.
🚫 Private Label Rights (PLR) content.
🚫 Any content unrelated to homeschooling.
If a vendor is found selling prohibited products, their account may be suspended or removed.
3. Vendor Subscription Plans & Fees
Vendors must choose one of the following annual subscription plans:
$100/year – Resource Creators
For small businesses, bloggers, or resource creators looking to grow their sales.

✔️ Full control over store, fulfillment, and customer service
✔️ Access to all analytical data, including emails for orders
$500/year – Business Builders
For established businesses wanting to expand their homeschool market presence.
✔️ 80% commissions on sales
✔️ No processing fees
✔️ 4 free 30-day advertising slots per year
✔️ 1 free e-blast to our email list per year
✔️ Full control over store, fulfillment, and customer service
✔️ Access to all analytical data, including emails for orders
$1,000/year – White Glove for Brands
For premium vendors seeking maximum exposure and brand support.
✔️ 80% commissions on sales
✔️ No processing fees
✔️ 12 free 30-day advertising slots per year
✔️ 1 free e-blast per quarter
✔️ Store setup & first 25 product uploads handled by us
✔️ Priority customer support
✔️ Logo featured on our homepage
✔️ Full control over store, fulfillment, and customer service
✔️ Access to all analytical data, including emails for orders
These fees are non-refundable and are required to maintain an active vendor account.
4. Payments & Payouts
- Vendors are paid via PayPal Mass Payouts on the last Monday of each month.
- Funds are held for 10 days post-payment to ensure no transaction issues.
- Minimum payout threshold: $25.
- Vendors can request an early payout for a fee.
We are not responsible for any PayPal fees or transfer issues. Vendors must provide an active PayPal account to receive payments.
5. Vendor Store Management
- Vendors retain full control over their store, including pricing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer service.
- No licensing rights are transferred to us.
- Vendors can sell their products on other platforms and may set different pricing structures as they see fit.
6. Taxes & Compliance
- Vendors are solely responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting any applicable sales tax.
- Because all payments are processed through PayPal, we do not require W-9 forms from vendors.
- Vendors must ensure their tax compliance based on their local, state, or national regulations.
7. Order Fulfillment & Shipping (Physical Products Only)
- Vendors must handle their own shipping and fulfillment.
- Our platform provides shipping level tools to assist with cost calculations.
- Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely delivery and providing tracking information when applicable.
8. Refunds, Disputes & Customer Service
- Digital products are final sale. No refunds will be issued unless the vendor specifies otherwise in their own Terms of Sale.
- Customers must first contact the vendor directly for support.
- If a vendor does not respond or resolve an issue, it may be escalated to our support team for review.
Failure to provide reasonable customer service may result in removal from the platform.
9. Vendor Violations & Account Termination
A vendor’s account may be suspended or removed for the following reasons:
🚫 Selling prohibited items
🚫 Fraudulent activity or misleading product listings
🚫 Copyright or trademark infringement
🚫 Excessive customer complaints or unresolved disputes
If a vendor chooses to close their shop, they can do so from their dashboard at any time.
Final Payouts:
- If a vendor has fulfilled all orders without disputes, they will still receive payouts for past sales.
- If a vendor has unfulfilled orders or unresolved disputes, funds may be held until the issue is resolved.
10. Policy Updates & Compliance
- Vendors will be notified of any changes to these Terms & Conditions via email.
- Continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
11. Liability & Indemnification
- Vendors are fully responsible for their products, transactions, and customer interactions.
- We are not liable for lost shipments, product defects, refund disputes, tax issues, or any legal claims regarding a vendor’s products.
- Vendors agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims related to their sales or content.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Louisiana. Any disputes must be resolved in the appropriate Louisiana court.
