Writing Planning Organizer

Writing can be overwhelming for students. To help solve this problem, here is a writing planning organizer that will map out what they are writing about, the purpose of their writing and the steps and deadlines to complete each.
Description
Regardless of why they are writing or the purpose of their writing (to inform, to entertain, to explain, to persuade) this planning organizer will help them throughout the process.
This organizer will give students the ability to follow the steps of the writing process and record due dates for each:
- writing their draft
- proofreading their draft
- rewriting
- sharing with another person
- writing the final copy
Also included at the end of the organizer is a student self-assessment of the process and describe what they may have learned and would change.
