Terms and Conditions for Sponsorship

By partnering with Homeschool Resource Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Sponsorship Agreement

  • Your sponsorship entitles you to the benefits outlined in your selected package as specified via email or on your invoice.
  • Sponsorship is not an exclusive arrangement, and other businesses may sponsor an event alongside your brand unless otherwise specified.

2. Marketing Performance Disclaimer

  • Homeschool Resource Co. does not make any guarantees regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as impressions, clicks, conversions, or revenue generated as a result of your sponsorship.
  • All marketing exposure provided as part of the sponsorship package (e.g., email inclusions, social media mentions, or live event recognition) will be executed to the best of our ability, but outcomes may vary based on audience response.

3. Content Submission, Promotions, & Deadlines

  • Sponsors are responsible for submitting all required materials, including logos, promotional content, and resources (if applicable), by the stated deadline in your invoice.
  • Asset submission deadlines are firm. Late submissions may result in:
    • Delayed campaign launch
    • Rescheduling to a later date based on availability
    • Forfeiture of sponsorship placement without refund or additional accommodations
  • Our promotional schedule is planned weeks in advance to serve both vendors and our audience effectively. We cannot guarantee accommodation for late submissions, and rescheduling is subject to availability.
  • All submitted content must align with the Christian roots and family-focused values of Homeschool Resource Co. We reserve the right to reject content deemed inappropriate or misaligned with our mission.
  • Sponsorship Display Schedule: We do our best to ensure that sponsorship placements will be displayed during the dates outlined in your agreement. Weekend Scheduling Notice: If your sponsorship start or end date falls between Friday and Monday, our team may start, replace, or remove your sponsorship assets ahead of schedule, as our team does not work on weekends. This ensures timely execution and prevents gaps in promotional coverage.
  • Sponsors will receive confirmation once assets are live.

4. No Refund Policy

  • Sponsorship payments are non-refundable. Once your sponsorship payment has been received, no refunds, partial or full, will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Failure to meet deadlines for submitting materials.
    • Perceived underperformance of the sponsorship or marketing exposure.
    • Changes in your business or marketing goals.
  • COLLECTION SPONSORS ONLY: The Collection Workbook is only available when there are sufficient sponsor placements. Should the threshold not be met, Bronze Sponsors will be refunded. Other sponsors will not receive refunds, as the remaining benefits outweigh the costs.

5. Sponsor Responsibilities

  • Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting materials. Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the provided content are the sole responsibility of the sponsor.
  • Sponsors must ensure that submitted content complies with copyright laws, does not infringe on intellectual property rights, and is free from any liabilities.

6. Homeschool Resource Co. Responsibilities

  • Homeschool Resource Co. is responsible for delivering the services included in your chosen sponsorship package as outlined.
  • We will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and bundle inclusion, as applicable. Please note that our team does not work weekends, and campaign execution scheduled during Friday–Monday may be adjusted accordingly.
  • While we strive to maintain high standards in all promotional efforts, Homeschool Resource Co. is not liable for technical issues, delays, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, email delivery issues).

7. Indemnification

  • By sponsoring Homeschool Resource Co., you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Homeschool Resource Co., its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from your participation in this sponsorship.

8. Termination of Agreement

  • Homeschool Resource Co. reserves the right to terminate your sponsorship agreement without notice if:
    • Submitted content violates the terms outlined herein.
    • Payments are not made in full prior to the agreed-upon deadlines.
    • Actions by the sponsor are deemed harmful to the mission, reputation, or operations of Homeschool Resource Co.

9. Modification of Terms

  • Homeschool Resource Co. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Sponsors will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation will be considered agreement to updated terms.

10. Agreement to Terms

By submitting your sponsorship payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Homeschool Resource Co. regarding your sponsorship of the Gospel Collection.
