Hydration Heroes: A Mini Science Unit on Water & Hydration

“Hydration Heroes” is a hands-on, mini science unit designed to help K–3 students understand the importance of water and healthy drinks for their bodies. Through fun experiments, interactive sorting activities, and creative reflection pages, students will learn why water is essential, how sugary drinks affect hydration, and how foods can also help keep them healthy.
