Description
Silly Voices is a printable board game for early readers. Players take turns rolling a die and moving around the board. They read a sentence card in a character voice (ghost, baby, pirate, queen or giant). If they read it correctly, they place a counter on the matching picture in the center grid. When the grid is full, the player with the most counters wins.
The sentence cards are split into two levels. Level 1 uses pre-primer and primer sight words, CVC words and blends. Level 2 uses grades 1-3 sight words, digraphs and two-syllable words. It works well for one child with a parent, or for a small group of siblings.

- Game board with a start/bump space, a border path and a 5×5 picture grid (page 1)
- How-to-play instructions on the board, including the “bump” rule (replace any counter with your own)
- Level 1 sentence cards: pre-primer and primer sight words, CVC words and blends (pages 2-3)
- Level 2 sentence cards: grades 1-3 sight words, digraphs and two-syllable words (pages 4-5)
