The History of Mermaids is an art elements and history unit that delves into mermaid lore throughout human history. Kids will read mermaid stories from around the world, learn about the different elements of art, and create their own mermaid and story. The parent guide and student pages easily guide you through the unit and project. The activity pack has fun supplementary mermaid materials including a game and mermaid cafe. The unit is broken down into 17 hands-on lessons with the last one being mermaid celebration.
