Jessica wanted to be an author after an author/illustrator visited her sixth-grade class. In high school, an Occupational Therapist visited her classroom for career day. She knew she wanted to help people, so she attended Bloomsburg University for two years, then Thomas Jefferson University for two years to earn her degree in Occupational Therapy.
After getting married and having children, she thought about her dream of becoming an author someday. Inspired by her children, she began writing stories to teach kids to appreciate what they have to hopefully get them to clean their rooms.
Jessica has since combined her author and therapy skills and creates educational printable activities to help kids improve reading, writing, and fine motor skills while teaching kids important lessons about friendship, teamwork, helping others, and responsibility.
